Do you want to build it yourself, or have someone deliver a prebuilt?

If you're not up to doing it yourself, I went through ecollegepc.com for my current system. I'm quite happy with it.
*Turn Evil can now be cast on players. When used, it applies a small goatee and causes them to explain their diabolical plans while steepling their fingers.

At that price just go to Walmart, including the price of OS you're not getting anything fantastic whatever you do.

Just so you know, even vanilla Minecraft is pretty demanding, so your framerates are likely to be in the 12-25 range on a low-cost Wal-Mart machine (that's at lower/low settings).

A friend said he could help me with an OS. He also said a walmart machine would be terrible, not good advice.
