Yeah, I doubt that's actually you, and that's certainly not 1990 era technology, maybe 98-01 or so, 256 color VGA wasn't yet universally standard in 1990 on the PC.

In 1990, my PC was a 8088, and I had it sitting on top of a shoebox, didn't had money for a case.

Hmm.. no wait, that was 1989.. By 1990 it should have been a generic beige case.
