I take a large amount of notes on my Surface Pro, which are then synced to OneDrive and from there synced to my desktop.
If I make the terrible mistake of leaving OneNote (2010) open on my desktop while erasing and replacing notes on my Surface, my desktop and Surface will both sync conflicting notes and create an unreadable mess.
I only use the copy on my desktop for reading, so I would rather it only sync down and never up. From what I can tell from the lack of settings, Microsoft did not think this was a valid use case and did not include a way to do it. It would be nice if it could be done (I'm willing to upgrade to Office 365). --- You have fought well, giant clam. Prepare to be vanquished! Contacts in Profile
