How often should you replace a PSU?

If you can get the Antec HCG-400 for less than a Corsair CX430, absolutely do it, it's a higher quality build. As for the Silverstone, the extra $10 are wasted, considering the build it's going into.

Yep, agreed. At stock, it's fine. With the i5 somewhat overclocked, still fine in my opinion. With the video cards overclocked... well, it depends and it's hard to say. Your variant of the 780 Ti is easily a 300+W card (which a regular 780 Ti isn't) but I would think you won't have any problems if you keep them at their stock speeds and don't mess around with Furmark or some other stupid power hog like that.

My PSU is like 7 years old and has given me zero problems (It's one of the first Corsair HX620W)

personally i get a new psu every 3-5 years for my heavy use builds and one and done on the light use builds.
