Nope, reselling used games is pretty much not a thing anymore on pc. It's part of the "social contract" between pc gamers and publishers - we get cheaper games plus way earlier and deeper discounts and in return the publishers don't have to deal with used sales.

as well as free weekends to try out full games not to mention free games from time to time just for the heck of it.

PC hardware doesn't need to match console hardware in price when PC gamers save literal thousands from the software they buy.

I don't understand why people buy games with the intention to sell them after they are done anyway. Why not just rent off Gamefly or something? Wouldn't that be cheaper?

Personally I like keeping my games. Its nice to be able to play a game I bought years ago on a whim.

Unfortunately more and more companies are ignoring that "social contract" for PC games. Starcraft 2, World of Diablocraft, The Witcher III, Watch Dogs, the new Wolfenstein, and many other PC games over the last 2-3 years have launched (or will launch/can be pre-ordered in the case of The Witcher) with a price tag of $60.

Why not eat PBJ while drinking PBR and watching PBS?

Logic is the antithesis of faith, else why is it that faith defies logic while logic denies faith?

Here I was expecting a topic about SKS vs M39. Boo.

As someone who owns an SKS I'll add a +1 to this. Disappointed.
