This is kind of hard to explain. I have my PC hooked up to my PC monitor through a DVI cord, and my PS4 through HDMI and they both do the same thing. In some games, when I rotate the camera certain objects will briefly turn green. Anyone know what this is about or if there is a way to fix the issue? It can't be my graphics card because my PS4 does this as well, so I've narrowed it down to the monitor.

Here is the monitor in question: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009222

Ahh, I guess this is called "ghosting". Any recommendations for a good monitor I can pick up for around $120-140 that won't give me this issue? I only need 60HZ, as I got rid of the 3D Vision Kit because I wasn't using it.

Or if anyone has an actual fix for this monitor's issue that would be cool as well.
