Are these parts good in a PC?

I have a budget of about 550 (Which is nearly 1000$), (Yes I know, I can build my own for much better, but that's not a option for me right now.

http://www.dinopc.com/shop/pc/-b-NEW-b-Destroyer-GTX-750-Ti-94p1999.htm

Gigabyte Z87-HD3
8GB DDR3 1333mhz (1x8GB)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
Intel Core i5 4460

Thoughts? My only other option is to get a local store build one for me.

Pick some parts and have the local place build it for you IMO. How much would they charge you to build it?

Parts + Labour I guess. I'll have to ask at some point.

You can't order parts from like scan.co.uk, overclockers.co.uk, etc and have them build it?

The price difference would probably be negligible, but I'll ask around. Just curious, what would the above PC run well? Skyrim on high? Stuff like Titanfall mid-high?

At that price point I think you would want at least a gtx 760 video card wise. The rest is a fine computer.

Video card is a entry level video card. It'll run Skyrim great, but that game isn't super hard to run already, and titanfall is pretty easy to run too. As newer games come out that card will slow you down.

Yes, but for nearly ~$950, you can do so much better than that. Seriously, nut up and build it yourself.

You mean Shadow of Mordor/Watch dogs? Or more into the future. If I get it local'd I should be able to put extra into the video card budget, Any suggestions?

The Gtx 760 and GTX 770 are probably the sweet spot right now for price/performance.

basically:

gtx 750: good
gtx 760 better
gtx 770 best
gtx 780 ultimate
