Actual legitimate answer for once:

Bible Black

Funny thing is I'm actually playing that. I've gotten to a point where it stops being sexy and gets creepy and a bit scary.

I don't know if I should register that as a jacking off joke or as a legitimate answer.

Heck I'll take it as both.

This is kind of scary. Hope you are alright OP.

There are actually a lot of games you can play with one hand as long as you are allowed to keybind actions to whatever you like. If you get a mouse with extra buttons (like the Razer Naga or any mouse like that) you can quite easily map WASD as well as other commonly used keys (E,R etc.) on the mouse. With some practice I do not see why you can not play the games like that.

If you were playing competitively online I can see that you would have a handicap. But for single player games (and even MMO's and such in PVE), I think this should work fine.

I'd love more mouse-only games, since I talk much more on the phone nowadays. I'd also like a quieter mouse so it doesn't interfere with conversation, but oh well.

I've mainly just played FTL and Civ with mouse-only.

Really isn't that bad with a naga/g600. Just use right+left click to move forward then bind 10-12 (0-+) to left and right strafe and backwards, and maybe set one of the extra mouse buttons to shift/ctrl if you need more than 9 keybinds. I wouldn't want to pvp or tank like that since you need to strafe and use skills at the same time but it's fine for DPSing/healing raids. Healing raids you don't even need a naga since there's mods that literally turn the game into a combination of The Floor is Lava and Whack-a-Mole.
