how do i burn my steam games to CDs/DVDs?

Why do you want to? If you want to back them up or transfer them to another computer a usb flash drive or external hard drive is a better option

Burn the game folder as a data disc. You probably have to split the files so it fits on multiple discs. You could use winrar to split it but if one archive is corrupt (scratched disc) then you're SOL.

Can I save Steam games to floppy disks? I bought a package of 10,000 disks, hopefully that is enough for Counter-Strike:GO. I am resorting to floppies in case my CD drive stops working and Steam is down.
