Try something like that. The motherboard you selected doesn't support 1600 ram. The r9 280 is cheaper with the same performance as the 760. And it has faster/more ram.

I would say High settings for sure. Ultra on some games. It's really only probably 10% lower than my setup, and I can run most things on Ultra and that's at 1440p. Definitely better than a "budget" build I'd say.
