I don't know what the requirements are but all I know is that it actually looks pretty good for the type of game it is, and I hear it's pretty optimized.

System requirements aren't particularly heavy. However, I'd say that it's a bit more demanding than you'd expect for its visual quality.

Yes it is. It's a single player game that they've managed to shoe-horn full coop in. You basically have two main characters you make at character creation; instead of feeling like you're missing out on the multiplayer component, you just have more gameplay options.
