For the sake of gaming, please stop supporting EA

I can't bring myself to support any single game by them anymore. It's my hope that any developer I actually do like will finally have had enough of their ****, especially if the games no longer sell well with lack of support, and go indie.

The problem with telling people to stop supporting them is that many of their games appeal to casual players and these people who buy their games won't look into things so much or be aware of these issues or simply won't care, so they will continue to support companies like EA, Activision and Ubisoft.

Absolutely. My only hope is that more and more people who are aware will do what's right for gaming. I love Dragon Age, but I will not be buying Inquisition because I feel that gaming as a whole is more important to me. There are plenty of other great game to play anyhow. I still have many more games to play from the Steam summer sale--none of which are EA.

You know, stopping playing games I enjoy isn't going to make a damn bit of difference either way. So no, I think I'll keep my Battlefield thank you very much.

Some roads you shouldn't go down because maps used to say there'd be dragons there. Now they don't, but that don't mean the dragons aren't there.

Why are there so many topics of EA Hate when it's Activision that has Bobby Kotick?

Action speaks louder than words. But words, when used right, overwhelm any action - Me, 2006
Let's put a smile on that face - The Joker, 2008

Look I have no real love for EA as a whole but I'm not going to deprive myself of something that I want to experience because I have a problem with what they're doing on X or Y game.

It's not like EA only makes a few products, they make A LOT. The products that I have a problem with for whatever reason, I won't buy. But if they make a game that truly interests me and I don't see any clear cut issues with, I'm buying it. Without regret. Life is too short for that kind of bull**** in regards to a video game company. This isn't life or death.

Because it's actually possible to hate more than one terrible ****ing thing at once?

There is no hope.

Oh, I stopped supporting them years and years ago, I find them quite detrimental to the greater interest of gaming.
