Are your drivers current? Is your video card overclocked? Does the issue still happen if you downclock the card some from whatever it's currently set to?
How about the shadows setting in the game, if you set it higher or lower, does the issue still occur? How about any of the other visual detail settings?

I just reinstalled the latest driver. The card has never been overclocked. I haven't downclocked it.happens at every setting.

Try verifying the integrity of the cache or w/e if it's a Steam copy. Otherwise try re-downloading the game. Something might be corrupt

I tried verifying and restalling. It passed and the flicker is still there.

Yes and yes. This is the only game I have had this issue with.


Quick google search says to turn down the "Max GPU frames Buffered" setting. I assume you've tried this?
