I have a CD-Key and disk to a game, but my DVD-Drive is not working.

Is there any legal way to install this on my laptop (without re-buying or fixing my DVD-drive)?

The game in question is Fallout: New Vegas.

Thought New Vegas was Steamworks.

Try activating a product on Steam and enter your code?

If that fails, try borrowing a USB DVD drive from someone.

Well I'm dumb. Didn't even know you could do that on Steam and I've had the game for years now. Thanks.

New Vegas is definitely steamworks. Just enter your code and download it from Steam's servers. If you've already played it it should be tied to your steam account.
