Just because you think it is right, it doesn't make it right for everyone. Even you.
You're being trolled only if you let them.

I...I don't think that's the correct use of the word "Monopolize". >.>

But sure...Go for it. If they actually manage to be competitive, then it can only be beneficial, in theory.

Most Samsung products seem to be well made and fairly priced so I'd be excited.

Assuming from phrasing we're talking about a vendor of NVidia/AMD cards. In that case, sounds good, Samsung products are usually great, even their bargain bin phones are generally as good as you could ever hope for at the price. Their SSDs are now preferred by many, I see no reason why they wouldn't produce video cards to the same standard.

Don't know that I'd drop EVGA for them but they'd likely be similar tier to Asus, perfectly respectable choice.

I'd be excited to see what they have to offer. IMO, Samsung makes quality products and I've owned numerous Samsung electronics and they have never failed on me.

I've always replaced them with something newer and updated, never had to send anything in for repairs or replacement.

More competition would be good too.

They make good computers and computer parts, even if I don't particularly like their phones. I think they'd be fine.

I agree. The laptop I use for general computing tasks is a Samsung 3 Series. I've had it since February 2012 and it's never given me a problem. I've owned about 8 different laptops and by far it's the best one I've ever purchased. Good build quality, reliability, and stays cool under load. I'm giving this one another year before I replace it with another Samsung laptop.
