Paranautical Activity is fun, it's like if Binding of Isaac was a quake mod. that's the only one I've played

Stacking is pretty darn dull to be brutally honest. Might be fun if you're like 8 but apart from that Paranautical Activity, which is nothing like BOI btw, is still early access and not worth getting the bundle for an Early Access game unless you actually do research beforehand.
Damn it.. I swear I had something for this..

In Paranautical Activity you get locked in a room with a bunch of monsters and have to kill them all to open to doors, you collect items to power up in different ways and have to find and beat the boss to move on to the next floor

Curious about Edge of Space. I have been keeping an eye on that one but a bit reluctant to get as I know it does not reach the Terraria level yet. I remembered what Terraria was and how it is now with 1.1 and 1.2 and I am kind of waiting for Edge of Space to be on that level.

I'll agree that Paranautical Activity is pretty fun in it's own way, but I got bored of it after 3-4 hours or so. Just still felt lacking in content, and playing through it got old seeing the same handful of enemies, equipment and map designs *every* playthrough.

Haven't played the rest...But annoyingly *both* Edge of Space and Signs of Life are on my wishlist. Been avoiding them because I'm just not interested in buying into more Early Access ambitions...But this is kind of tempting.

I like Paranautical Activity a lot, especially after the last update added new items, rooms, weapons, bosses, and enemies.

I also may be friends with the programmer of the game, but I liked the games before that was the case.

Stacking is pretentious garbage.
I am your savior. I am corruption. I am the angel, of your destruction.
I am perversion. Secret desire. I am your future, swallowed up in fire.

Why is it pretentious garbage? I saw a review when it released and it seemed like the standard puzzles + witty dialogue which is standard for a Double Fine Production :P
