Looking for a new game to play, and I want to get engrossed in a story.

Check out Witcher 2, the story is so complex you literally have to play it twice; the 2nd half of the game is completely different depending on your choices from the first half. and when I say completely different I mean it, this isn't like f***in Mass Effect

If you like Tim Schafer, check out Stacking. It's another funny, weird storyline you won't see anywhere else.

... even on Earth Mode.

The first Witcher game has a good story too... the crap-combat sequel gets too much praise.

Wow, there are people who actually like the combat from the first game?

Bioshock and Knights of the Old Republic are the only games that come to mind, but there are alot more than that. Just can't think of them sadly.

To The Moon. If you want amazing gameplay, look elsewhere, this game is focused on story and that's what it does best. There are a few puzzles, but not really.

Thomas Was Alone is also good, not as emotionally charged as To The Moon, but more gameplay focused.
