I can play battlefield 3 at the lowest settings at like 100 FPS, but even still with that, it will have frequent drops to like, 8 fps. It's really annoying. Same thing with this unturned game i'm playing, highest or lowest settings doesn't matter, I still get ridiculous drops. Any suggestions?

8 fps? Sounds like once all your Vram is being used up. How much Vram does your graphics card have?

Not gonna be much help without specs.

Best thing to do is uninstall and reinstall display drivers, something might have got corrupted and it isn't worth spending all that time to fault-find.

Could also be not enough VRAM, overheating or hardware malfunction.

Those specs don't really help a lot but I'm going to guess the problem is your CPU based on what I think is the motherboard in that list of parts.
Every time I try to go where I really wanna be it's already where I am, 'cuz I'm already there

What's wrong with the specs?

Edit: That extra "Asus" wasn't supposed to be there.

For starters you didn't say what your CPU is. Secondly I have no idea what a 'cooler master EVGA 430' is. I'm assuming a power supply but it could have also meant a GT430 and that would have been a safe assumption had you not also mentioned the 7790.
