Hi tommorow I will take my new pc it has i7 4790 and an r9 270x I want to crossfire but I am not sure I think it has a bitmore 650 is it enough watts to handle it?

650w is fine for the r7 270x crossfire

A good 650W unit is fine for R9 270X Crossfire, however I've never even heard of Bitmore and I'm fairly knowledgeable about PSUs, so I'm inclined to say it's a piece of junk, so you should replace it with something reputable.

I also have the coolermaster gx 750 but its on my old rig used 2 years should I put this?

Though there are diamonds in the rough I would listen to him. The PSU is what pulls everything together or it could take down your whole system. So I would try and get maybe Corsair and go 700 or 750 if you ever decide to upgrade and crossfire at the same time or even SLIP if you switch to NVIDIA. Never hurts to be safe!
