Normally a good 550W PSU would be perfect here.
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr is a fantastic deal but unfortunately the mail-in rebate is only for Newegg. It's still a good deal at $110 but not necessary for you.
You can go with http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ssr550rm instead.

is it sold at amazon? power went out at work so Im on my phone right now. can't really whew much because battery low.

Yeah they're both on Amazon and reasonably priced. I wanted to recommend other units but excluded them because they were a lot more expensive on Amazon.

You said you wanted a great power supply, this isn't great, but it works :)
I'll give you cheaper options that are better than that Corsair:
http://amzn.com/B003M2YQYO
http://amzn.com/B004RJ8EKI (same internals as the above, higher wattage)
http://amzn.com/B006BCKDGW (lower wattage obviously, still fine for your setup, higher efficiency which will help slightly with your case temperatures)

Yes, that's the case, but you have other options if you'd like a different color. I believe it also comes in metallic grey and pure white (which I have) options if those float your boat. You can also choose between having a window or not, though I assume you want the extra airflow.

yeah I just want fans in it. So if I read correctly I can put 7 120mm fans on it? What are some good ones? I'm not too concerned about noise but I don't want it to sound like a swarm of yellow jackets either. I was looking at some blue LED ones on amazon. Corsair I believe.

It comes with a rear fan and a front intake fan. I just took the rear exhaust fan it comes with and put it up front with the other intake fan so it can pull the hot air from my graphics card exhaust. I run coolermaster sickle flow fans for the rest of the spots. They move a good amount of air without sounding like a jet engine. That case has a lot of sound dampening too so they work well together. This case also has a built in fan controller by your optical drive so you can crank the fans up when you need the extra cooling, then when you don't want to hear the fans you can knock them down.

If you really want the best case you can possibly get for cooling, liquid or otherwise, get a CaseLabs TH-10, but you won't find it on Amazon. It's an expensive case, but you can reuse it in every future build you do.

If you want a mid tower that is one of the best cases for airflow, look at a SilverStone FT02. You can fit a Phanteks PH-TC14PE in there, which is the best air cooler on the market that doesn't look hideous (it's probably still better than the NH-D15, though I know it's better than the NH-D14 by a few degrees). The measurements for clearance on the case and cooler say you can't, but it barely fits in there, you can google pictures of it.

If you're only running one GPU, a 650W PSU should be more than sufficient. I only suggest that because it's about the smallest wattage I know of that you can get a 100% Modular PSU.

Brands to look at would be SilverStone, SeaSonic, Corsair, etc.

EDIT: I should mention that the FT02 doesn't rely on side fans. It's a positive pressure case with the motherboard mounted at a 90 degree rotation, so two or three massive 180mm intake fans on the bottom pull in cool air directly onto the GPU surface instead of parallel to it, and the air is pulled in by the CPU heatsink and exhausted out the top of the case. The rear fan is probably best utilized as another intake fan to pull cool air in directly onto the CPU heatsink.

Alright I'm getting a fractal R4. I wanted to know for all 7 fans will I need any splitters for the molex to pin connectors? I don't know if I will default have enough connectors to plug in all 7 fans.

the PSU I'm getting is this...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0092ML0OC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and here are the fans I'm getting, I bought 5 of them. The case already comes with 2 fans

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F6S0XK8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and here is the motherboard I have

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007RIFKTY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also I'm since I've never installed more than two fans, I wanted to know which direction should I put them? I know the rear fan should be blow out, the two front fans should be pulling air in, and the top fans should also be pushing air outwards. But what about the fan on the side panel and the fan at the very bottom of the case? Which direction should they be blowing air?
