I had an ATI Radeon HD 6770M 1GB video card and I am getting a PowerColor PCS+ AX7950 Radeon HD 7950 3GB video card is my current 460W PSU good enough or should I upgrade?

If I need to upgrade even though I don't want to, but if I have to which is the better choice of the ones listed below.
I can really only afford the cheaper one at $35, but the other 2 are more than I can afford but if they are that much better then I will get one of them.
If you know of a better one that is atleast 600W or more for less that $50, than please let me know.

Which one of these power supplies is the better choice...

A 460 watt power supply should be fine as long as it's decent quality. What is your current one?

Coolmax is garbage. And as far as Lepa goes I've never heard of them. One of it's "features" list is, "Racing car style coating establishes outstanding image of fashion". Dude just run and don't look back. Hopefully Shub can pick you out some decent choices.

It's a Dell branded one so who knows who makes it, but it has served its purpose without any issues at all for just over 2 years. It has worked great the entire time, so I am not sure if it needs to be replaced since it still works good.

So is my current 460W psu okay for a PowerColor PCS+ AX7950 Radeon HD 7950 3GB video card?
I just want to make sure, because I really can't afford a psu after getting the video card but I will get one if I have to.

What's the rest of your build, a safe bet for power draw on the 7970 is about 300 under load... But I doubt that your 12 v line can handle that.

Bare in mind he's looking at the 7950 but according to this Hardocp full load with an overclocked card is 425w

That psu is 430w and the one I have is 460W. Why would I get that over the one I already have.
Who or what is Shub?

That PSU is better quality and more trust worthy than what you have, although read my post above and disregard the 430watt PSU i linked since it'll be cutting it fine power wise.
Shub's a poster who knows a fantastic amount about PSU's, he helped me amongst many other users when it came to picking a unit.
