I have not really messed with any settings though I noticed that the gpu overclock is on(i'm assuming that's like a thruster boosting performance but possibly shortening the lifespan) but the fans for it are off. So far I haven't noticed any extreme heat on my laptop though.
Is it like expected to youst keep the gpu fan on or what? also is there some agreed upon temperature for when it's to hot? noticed there's a box that keps tabs on that.
Also it says "currently running on intel gpu" which I assume is the intergrated Graphics card, possibly? instead of the geforce one. --- Sorcerer, king of dark intentions, pro skiller, sensual pleasures pirate, constant hankering for honey, sprinkly toes thrillseeker extraordinaire.

I would not ever overclock anything on a laptop, and I would strongly consider underclocking if you're running games that honestly don't need the power. --- RPG Spotlight: Divine Divinity http://www.gog.com/game/divine_divinity Short Summary: http://pastebin.com/cYnYXp6H
