Anyone else just bored of video games or too lazy to play them?

One thing that can help is not buying any new games as long as you are still playing one.

Another might be that you should switch up genres. Play games that you would not typically play. You might be surprised how much more exciting a fresh experience can be (instead of the 5th western RPG in a row).

I go through occasional phases like that TC. Usually cause there are no games out I want to play and nothing I want to replay.

Also, don't buy games on steam or other places just cause its on sale. Only buy games your really gonna play. Any AAA title except like COD is gonna go on sale a lot. If you know your gonna play the game one day, buy it when you actually want to play it.

IMO better to spend $20 on a game you actually going to play and complete then spend $5 on a game as just have it waste way never played on your account cause it was a good deal. Having to many of these really adds up after a while. Plus with so many places to buy games online nowadays, you have a good chance of finding the game you want on sale or maybe wait a couple days till the next round of sales start and see if you luck out. Even if its not on sale, gamefly basically has a permanent 20% off coupon everyone and Green man is pretty generous with 20% off vouchers too.

Maybe the games you bought were cheap impulse purchases and not games that you really really want to play to begin with.

I have been more just buying games, playing for a few min and get bored then shelf them and collecting them lately, esp 3ds games and cheap steam ones
