I have a preference for Asrock lately, their bios is amazing and the mobos I've bought through them have been extremely good for the price (z87 pro3 was comparable to boards that cost nearly twice as much). That said, I haven't used that particular board yet, and no company is safe from putting out a crappy product eventually.

Based on the list I'm guessing a newer i5 or i7.

That's really a personal question, what features do you need? Pick the motherboard that has them.

Well out of his top three I don't see it mattering which one of those it is, so if you knew that I don't know why you would ask, unless I'm missing something here.
