If you need them for radiators, as far as I know nothing has yet beaten Scythe Gentle Typhoon (I can't remember the official model number but it's the ones that go up to 1850 RPM).

Otherwise, you don't need much static pressure, so go with higher airflow fans like Aerocool Sharks or similar.

Yup, that's what I use! Got six of them for one of my radiators.

Where they shine is the airflow through radiators to noise ratio. They do have sort of a distinct sound if you're sensitive to it though.

TC if you really want the best in radiator fans, head over to:
http://martinsliquidlab.org

He does professional testing with dozens of fans and radiators, testing noise level, and he has videos where you can hear the fan spinning at various RPM levels.

He also tests general airflow, and breaks the winner down into categories, most airflow at various RPM levels, best fan for airflow through radiator, best low noise fan for airflow through radiator (Gentle Typhoon AP-15 as of the last roundup), best fan at various RPM levels.

He also tests airflow through radiators, and that's where I learned about the Gentle Typhoon AP-15
