I just made a facebook with totally fictional information, went to the PCgamer page and liked it, put in my email, got my code, and then went to facebook and set my account for deletion.

I'll probably do it again sometime in the future.

Why did u need to make a facebook? I just did what the tc said too and entered the code i-love-the-sims and it worked

Because someone else posted a link to a free game given away by PCGamer.com and Bundlestars. That one DID involve Facebook.

The catch is you have to use Origin. I've got the sims 2 and a handful of expansions (and probably haven't played it in 6 or 7 years) but it's nice to have it all in one spot instead of hunting down all those discs and CD Keys.

Yeah, well it is what it is, not a huge fan of origin, but ive got all my sims 3 stuff on there and now sims 2 stuff. only other games i have on origin is the free peggle and plants vs zombies... lol.

I just redeemed mine, but is Sims 2 better than Sims 3? I mean, I'm sure that all the DLC makes it better than just my base Sims 3, but overall is it really still one of the best simulation games ever released?

What would really be better in Sims 2?

Features are implemented better, and I personally think it has a better art style. Sims 3 does have a better build mode, and the loading times from Sims 2 makes leaving the house annoying., But overall, Sims 2 was just a better game

Hell, that's convincing enough. Thanks!
