Just wondering what the diffference in fan ports are for.

I don't have anything hooked up to PWR_Fan, and my mobo book doesn't explain the difference.

Really no difference at all.

Some PSUs come with a connector that will plug into the motherboard and let the mobo read the fan speed of the PSU fan. If you don't use it for that, it's capable of running another case fan, just like any of the other CHA fans...

Okay thanks guys. Just curious about that. I have like 3 CHA_Fan ports left so i'm good to go.
