Is your video cable plugged in to the motherboard or the graphics cards? Also, are you using the latest nvidia drivers from their website? Or the ones that came on a disc with the cards?

Looks like your monitor is plugged into your motherboard.

Maybe not, I can't really tell. Plug it into the outputs on the video cards, not on the motherboard.
