Need keyboard, mouse, and monitor for first build.

Hey guys, I need recommendations for peripherals. Here's my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hFMt99

Monitor: I need at least 1080p, 1440 if I can find a good deal, 120Hz preferably.
Keyboard: affordable mechanical keyboard, with 10-key, macro keys not necessary.
Mouse: I have no idea...preferably laser, bajillion extra buttons aren't necessary.

I don't need anything too garish. Wired is fine, especially if it saves money. I plan on getting a decent desk to use with this setup. Thanks guys.

I too just order the stuff for my first gaming PC and i ordered a Corsair Raptor K30 for my keyboard because it looks badass and was pretty cheap. For the mouse i got Corsair Vengeance M65 because again, it looks badass. Monitor i went with an Asus because the Asus logo looks so badass.

Well there are no 1440p 120hz monitors, so you're going to have to choose 120hz or 1440p.

Assuming money isn't a problem

Keyboard: check out corsair vengeance models, I have a k95 with cherry reds and love it.

Mouse: all depends what brand you like I suppose. razor naga hex is a nice mouse while I had it. Laser and just 6 side buttons which I found handy. I use the Naga Epic and really like it, but has a ton of buttons.

Monitor: Asus VG248QE. 24". Not 120hz but 144hz. Mod it with gsync or wait for the pre-installed monitors.

Why would you want higher than 1080p with the shoddy Windows DPI scaling?

ADD, no. Where is the thread for Fallout OCD players?

ITP: gaming PC are for looking at Windows.

The problem persists in games too unless a game has a native UI scaling feature. (which isn't exactly commonplace in a market of mostly console ports)

So only the UI, who cares...
