You'll probably have to get a wifi card for around $20ish.

You have to buy a Wi-Fi PCI card with an antenna.

Or you can consider buying an Ethernet cable and stringing it to your router if it's nearby. It's more reliable than a Wi Fi connection for gaming.

If you're having trouble, there's two possibilities:

1) For some reason, the drivers haven't been installed, but more likely
2) Your motherboard doesn't have built-in Wi-Fi.

You can either install a Wi-Fi card, or just get a USB adapter. If you have the option, I'd also recommend just using ethernet.

I use a USB adapter and it works just fine. I plug an ethernet cord in for a direct connection when playing competitive games online though.

If it's a cheap board it most likely doesn't have it. One of the main reasons I went for the Asus deluxe is it comes with all that.

Most motherboards only come with built-in ethernet.

The only reason I can see someone wanting to use Wi-Fi on a PC is to steal the neighbors internet.

Sorry if I don't reply. It's probably because:
