AMD FX-6300 + GTX 750 Ti + 8GB RAM + 1TB HDD + Windows 8.1

Works great out of the box. There is a tiny black bar at the bottom of the monitor, so the screen isn't completely filled up. but it's minor. I tried plugging in an HDMI cable but I got no display, so I'm using the VGA cable. Would the display be better with HDMI? If so, how would I make it work?

I tried Serious Sam HD 2 (the demo) and the game ran great.

VGA cable? lol. You should be using a DVI cable or HDMI. What is your monitor?

Idk if it's VGA. It's the one with the blue connectors. Where you screw the two things in. The monitor is a 22 inch ViewSonic.
