Long story short, house got broken in to. Things were stolen. A external hdd was stolen so I was wondering if there was anyway to password protect them?
Another question: is there anyway to install some type of program to your laptop so that you can track it if it gets stolen? Maybe somehow utilizing the front camera without the thief knowing? Far fetched question but I just thought I'd ask. Thanks in advanced! --- "Go home and be a family man!"

Bitlocker --- Your problem is you've spent your whole life thinking there are rules. There aren't. We used to be gorillas.

Bitlocker encrypts a volume, and the password is the decryption key (sort of). Meaning that even with full access to the volume, it's just a useless encrypted mess if you don't have the password. --- Wait... what?
