I just cant get into Skyrim again.

I dont know why Skyrim feels so boring and I just cant get into it. I've got tons of mods installed including an ENB and everything looks nice and I've done some balancing in the game, but I just dont know why I cant get into the game. I'm not focusing on the main quest either. I'm just wandering and exploring, taking over camps, hunting, etc. I just cant get into it like Oblivion.

How many hours? Around 150? I'd consider that good for skyrim, with mods of course. I got bored too. About half my hours in skyrim are just getting the mods to work, or just ****ing around doing random crap.

I feel the same about Oblivion now. I spent 400 hours with it on my 360 (I was bored at summer break), but trying to revisit it and complete that shivering isles expansion is just too... bland. The game world seems dull now.

Also, it only has 10 voice actors and none have a personality.

Because Skyrim IS boring and Beths worst game besides Battlespire. Broad as an ocean, deep as a wading pool. Mods can't save a shallow experience.

I made it about 25 hours total over 5 restarts over a couple months. It's trash but unfortunately it sold so good luck FO4 or the next TES actually going back to what made their early games great.

Aren't all of them pretty buggy?

Oblivion seems a bit faster, movement-wise. Walking, running, attacking, etc., I'm enjoying Skyrim, and am getting my moneys worth. So far though, I think Oblivion is better. Though I enjoy the option to use two weapons or use or combine two spells.

Oblivion would be a vastly better game if it wasn't for the terribad leveling setup and if choices actually mattered

Your problem is you've spent your whole life thinking there are rules. There aren't. We used to be gorillas.

All the Bethesda games are buggy because they only receive patches long enough for all their DLC to be worked into the game. After that, they forget about it (because hey, the modders will take care of that for us! no need to strain ourselves to make a quality product).
