What fan would you guys recommend? I'm looking for something quiet while still performing the same level or better cooling. Look for a black fan with white led.

For noise and static pressure, its one of the best.

Putting a 3 pin fan into a 3 pin header cause the fan to run at max rpm? I thought the computer controls the fan speeds of a 3 pin fan if it's in a 3 pin header.

Is a fan controller the only way to lower 3 pin fan speeds?

Some motherboards can voltage control a 3 pin fan. If yours cannot, you'll need a fan controller or resistor if you want to diy.

I found a software called fan-tasic tunning and it lets me set the fan to the temps. The fan for my h60 is set in cpu2 fan and the pump is at cpu 1. The software wont let me set the fan by itself. Slowing down the pump wont cause an issue would it?
