Frame limiter limits the fps to 25 freaking fps and if I turn it off the swimming becomes unbearably slow for some reason and the physics become really wonky in the game..In-game clock also goes way too fast when your turn off frame limit..Races are broken because my car goes faster than any other NPC's..I thought PC was the master race?

The physics engine is tied to the frame rate. This isn't really a new thing.

I don't know.... My friend runs the game at 1080P with near max settings on 645.

I mean are you even getting the point of this topic? I'm running the game at 1080p too and my fps goes over 100. But the physics is absolutely broken so all of that is irrelevant.

The game is perfectly optimized. To run at 25 FPS on a PS2.

Now, if you want to complain about something like this, look at the latest Need for Speed. A racing game, where racing games are typically the way for consoles to show off how pretty they can be at 1080p because nothing is actually happening.

One day, when I am too old for adventuring, I will settle down and open up a little armor shop called, "Victorious Secret."

It's a game designed around a fixed framerate. Not the first of it's kind, and it probably won't be the last.

Maybe you don't have master race hardware in your computer
