No disrespect intended (that means i'm likely about to be disrespectful)

But as someone who use to work for a school district for a long time. Students like you were ridiculous to deal with. The belief that "Since my parents are OK with it, it's OK" is not logically sound, and just because your parents are OK with something does not, in anyway, mean you are in the right.

"Johnny, why did you just set the blackboard on fire"

"!@#!@# you teach, my dad I said I can do whatever the !@#!@# I want!!"

"Well that's perfectly fine then!"

Press charges? How ridiculous. Mean comments are not "abuse." They're an annoyance at worst, and can be solved by simply ignoring them.

That discussion opens up a whole big messy can of worms based on personal experience as well, but yeah, I totally agree.

Oh for sure. Some school districts are flat out crazy man (I've seen things...). So not trying to say they are in the right, or even usually in the right.

I've worked in a college system, and we have quite literally had a parent chew us out for her son failing a class. The kid slept through most of his class periods for the class and just didn't attend much, and the mother said it was the school's fault because - no joke - we didn't actually send someone to his room to get him out of bed and drag him to class. What is this, kindergarten? The kid is a friggin' legal adult!

So yeah, parents are pretty often stupid and nowhere near in the right, so that's not a very good scale to judge yourself by - especially when you're using parental support as an excuse to be an ass.

I can just hear it now....

"WHAT?!?!?! YOU WERE FIRED?!?! YOUR BOSS DIDN'T SEND AN ATTENDANT/CHAUFFEUR TO BRING YOU TO WORK" *Dials furiously*

Lol, it always amuses me how some parents seem to think their burnout/screwup children are gems that can do no wrong. It's probably due to them vicariously living out their unfulfilled dreams through their children.

Man up you weenie. "waaaaah the cyber bullies are leaving mean comments for me" LOL.

It's not really a cyber bully as it is a Cyber stalker lol Obsessed with my girlfriend.

What exactly did you say to this person? Not that I'm condoning cyber bullying/stalking in any way, but even most crazies have some kind of trigger that sets them off, I'm reasonably certain someone just didn't randomly start stalking you without some kind of catalyst, then again, who knows.

Maybe "cyber bullying" is illegal in whatever Eurotrash socialist hellhole you crawled out of but here in the US we handle this stuff like men, not pansies.

Real men handle their grievances face to face, not by furiously typing vitriol while hiding behind an online handle. Of course then you wouldn't be able to act tough without a punch to the face. I suppose you think those pieces of human trash that harassed that teenage girl until she committed suicide are real upstanding citizens.

We haven't communicated with this person at all. my girlfriend thinks it may be some guy that was obsessed with her while she was in college.

Ah, well if she can prove that he was previously obsessed/stalking her IRL and you can definitively prove it's the same person you probably have grounds to get the police involved.

Cyber bullying and stalking IS a crime. atleast here in california. im currently in college for criminal justice and i think you should look into these 2 links. sure you might not be in california, but you might just have your own laws where ever you are. if you are in california then all the better.
