Had a TN for years, thinking it's time I upgrade. I've tried high refresh monitors in the past, but feel I might see a bigger difference going IPS.

Don't really want to spend more than $400 unless there's an amazing value to be had. I don't have the input lag needs of a professional gamer, but being for gaming I'd hope to not notice any big delay.

Suggestions?

Better than the 2412M?

Don't think I'd have the GPU power to run 2560x1440 (27" and up) and keep max/high settings in games, so I'm thinking maybe around 24"?

The U2414H only has 4ms of total input lag, versus 17ms on the U2412M, so if you're sensitive to that it'd certainly be better for gaming. The U2412M is also a cheaper e-IPS panel, whereas the U2414H uses an AH-IPS panel.
