I wonder how long it will be before we start getting borderless monitors

I'm surprised there's not a software solution yet. It seems easy to do considering you could just render the video but not display it based on a dead zone calibration. Not perfect, but at least lines would run straight across monitors.

I vaguely remember something like that when I had an XFX 5750. But I'm with team green now, not sure if there's something similar.

BTW, those curved screens things are pretty much garbage for a few reasons.

You have to keep your head at the exact designed viewing distance/position otherwise it distorts and the colors/lighting is all off.
You have to look at the center of the screen otherwise you notice the fisheye effect even more than on a traditional display.
No one else will see the screen correctly other than the one person sitting at the designed viewing distance/angle since only one person's head can exist in that location at once.

Like someone said a projector works great and it can be as wide as your wall. New 3d projectors are incredibly bright and their image quality rivals most TVs. Sure it's 1080p but the distance from the screen compensates

I could've sworn I'd seen no bezel monitors before, but I can't seem to find anything better than ultra thin bezels. Might as well just have an extra wide screen that bends without breaking.
