MSI offered to give me a different graphics card for my 560ti

Thank you all, I'm going to complain/ask for a card that's as good as the 560ti.

Yeah dude, I think that's your best move. You don't have to be rude but be assertive and tell them what they're offering isn't reasonable. You bought from them in good faith because they have a good reputation and now they're failing to live up to it by offering you a -significant- step down from the card you originally bought from them. If you're nice to customer service (including supervisors) they'll be more likely to want to help you out... but if even a supervisor isn't helping you out then you can calmly let them know that you're going to write about it on their Facebook page and your own. A lot of companies nowadays are scared of social media so that usually gets you what you want.

Yeah do that, not right, if anything it should be replaced with a 660....

ask for an in slot replacement. ask for a gtx660, 660ti or 760. a 650ti boost is the least they should offer you.

Are you under warranty? I would complain to customer service, demand a supervisor, etc. The point of having a warranty in the first place is not to get screwed like this. If they put out a card that was defective (dying within the warranty period sounds like a defect to me) then they should take care of you because they have now caused you to be inconvenienced by buying their product. Telling you to take half the card's value in cash or a weaker card as compensation for their screw-up is not very good service.

They're giving you a nice upgrade on that. The 650TI Boost would have been a more comparable replacement. Definitely take it.
