I sometimes buy old games aka the ones that actually had a manual, cd/dvd, or other cool stuff in the box. Also if I see the old gold box games cheap I will pick them up. New games I just get digital 99% of the time. I haven't bought physical PC games in a few years, because I never end up needing the discs, and I only keep the cases of my favourite games. Last physical game I bought was D3, and I got 3 copies of that. --- List of things that don't matter on GFAQs: Japan, sales, reviews, released games, upcoming games, censorship that doesn't involve asses and/or little girls.
