Borderlands the pre sequel will actually be the only pc game I really want to play
favorite animated shows the Venture bros, gargoyles, justice league, avengers EMH, godannar,Attack on titan,young justice,ragnarok, X-men evolution

It's basically Borderlands 2 as far as minimum req. specs goes. Just look for something that can play BL2 currently and you have the prequel.

Lenovo Y50 will do it, anything with intel/nVidia will do it really, as long as you aren't expecting to max it. Nvidia is preferable for it since it runs on unreal which means it uses PhysX, BL2 had adjustable PhysX as well for debris physics and gun effects. Some people had trouble running it on AMD CPUs but I never tried it personally.
