If its not doing anything with the graphics card unplugged then something is messed up and its not the card.

It's a fair chance it could be that your motherboard needs a new BIOS to recognize the CPU, that CPU is officially supported from the latest BIOS (version 1.30).
Unfortunately, you need to have another CPU to confirm it (and update the BIOS if it works).

I second you needing a bios update :/ I've been in your shoes..... But after the messy stuff is out of the way, you'll get to enjoy your PC.

If you can't see anything on the screen, how are you going to do a BIOS update? Have you tried using a different output?

Mine did. And I built mine a little over a month ago, and it's a pretty expensive ($130) model.

It's just the case speaker, that beeps when you power on the PC.

Did you try that?^

If that doesn't work, try going to a local PC store like Newegg they can help... they can update it for you for a cheap price. I live in a 3rd world country and it just cost me 5$.
