Anyone going to get Dead Rising 3?

If they were releasing it for $20 then I might. I'm not paying $50 for a lazy port of a game that came out a year ago, which happens to be the worst one in the trilogy.

I'll get it if it turns out to be a good port. If not, f*** it.

BTW I don't see The Last of Us as a western game because many asians worked with Naughty Dog on the game

It's actually the best one imo. Very very fun game. Less clunky then the first two and more freedom.

Yeah, I can straight up find trade offers for the game for 10 keys. ($23-25) only reason I'm not doing that is because I have $40 in playfire rewards so I only have to spend $5 on the game.

I'll probably get. My system can easily run it, but if it is a poorly done port, I won't waste my time.

Have it pre-ordered for $33 from GMG. As a huge dead rising fan, it's definitely worth it for me. I don't know why people are whining about their toasters not meeting the requirements. Its recommended specs are a MID RANGE setup. That's not bad for a next gen title. It will only go up from here as more games will push graphics these days.

DR3 has thousands of zombies on screen at once in an open world city and on top of that, you create weapons like mini nukes to blow them all at once. You do need strong hardware to run that. It's not about it being a poor PC port. Xbone ran it at 20-30 fps 720p with probably medium settings. It was one of the better launch titles and I'm glad its coming to PC, now only if they release the latest ultra DLC as well.

I have it on the Xbox One. It's a pretty entertaining game.

There's definitely an emphasis on playing in co-op, since some of the stuff is reeeeally challenging playing solo.

The system requirements seem pretty normal.

compared every other game out there they do not seem normal at all

Yeah, the min system requirements seem way too high.
Min of a 7870 and a recommended of at 7970?
That is a pretty narrow window and, if you ignored all the stuff about the locked 30fps and such, would still, to me, reek of it being a substandard port.
