Anyone going to get Dead Rising 3?

Yeah I pre-ordered it from GMG when they had it for like $36 I think.

Only if the Capcom arcade DLC comes out. I don't give a lick about the main game, I just want to play that arcade goofiness.

Have it pre-ordered for $33 from GMG. As a huge dead rising fan, it's definitely worth it for me. I don't know why people are whining about their toasters not meeting the requirements. Its recommended specs are a MID RANGE setup. That's not bad for a next gen title. It will only go up from here as more games will push graphics these days.

DR3 has thousands of zombies on screen at once in an open world city and on top of that, you create weapons like mini nukes to blow them all at once. You do need strong hardware to run that. It's not about it being a poor PC port. Xbone ran it at 20-30 fps 720p with probably medium settings. It was one of the better launch titles and I'm glad its coming to PC, now only if they release the latest ultra DLC as well.

Lol, what? Show me ONE sequence with "thousands" of zombies on screen, there are a few dozen perhaps, maybe 50-60 at most, not "thousands". I'd be amazed if the PS4/XB1 could process that many AI at once, even high-end PCs would struggle.

Depends on how well the Steam Market is going. I highly doubt I will be able to get $50 without selling 100 Cologne Capsules. That's almost half my supply. I'll probably wait for a 33% off sale which will give the market optimal time to increase my items prices.

Not on release. I'm just not that interested, and I want to see how well of a job they do with the PC port first.

Yep, maybe 60-70 onscreen at once, tops. That's cool, but still a far cry from "thousands".
