What is your best game of all time?

Resident Evil Remake

I love zombies and no game or movie has ever done them better than this game. I love the tension, suspense, fear factor, and I even enjoyed the story immensely. The only issues with this game are the voice acting (which is a lot better in the remake than the original), and the tank controls (which were just fine for the static camera angles, which were also awesome for the atmosphere of the game, so I wouldn't change them).

I assume the announcement of the new REmake has you hyped, then.

Kojima and Del Toro working on a new Silent Hill starring Norman Reedus... this means the world to me.

Mother 3 or MGS3. Both are equally phenomenal.

Paper Mario (N64) is my favorite game of all time. Playing it is like covering myself in a warm blanket of nostalgia with a hot cup of relaxation cider on the side.

As far as the game I feel is the overall BEST, IE: best value for money, best story, largest amount of gametime, etc... probably Fallout: New Vegas.

DIablo 2 with the expansion. If I can't include a game with it's expansion, then Descent 2.

For a combination of good gameplay and great story I choose Alan Wake.

Although it doesn't have the plot of Planescape Torment, nor its open-ended nature, despite having better gameplay.
Although it doesn't have the gameplay of Vanquish or Bayonetta, it has far better story.

Alan Wake is a happy medium between a game with a relevant story, and with good gameplay.

Like it is said in the game:

"There's light, and there's darkness. Cause and effect. There's guilt and there's atonement. But the scales always need to balance. Everything has a price."
