what about this? i slightly decreased some of the specs to save quite a bit of money, but it is similar to your build.

CPU: NEW! Intel Core i5 4590
Operating System: Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Motherboard: NEW! Gigabyte Z97P-D3
RAM: 8GB Corsair 1600mhz Vengeance (2x4GB)
Hard Drive: Transcend 128GB 340 SSD
Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Case: NEW! Corsair Carbide Spec-01
PSU: 550W Corsair VS
Warranty: 3 Year SureCare Warranty

Additional Items:
Keyboards: Logitech K120 Keyboard
Monitors: LG 21.5" 22M35A LED
Mice: Gigabyte M6800 Multimedia Mouse
Speakers: Creative A60 Speakers

Total: £753.56

Is that mother board decent enough? The Gigabyte Z97-HD3 is £40 or so extra than the one i chose. (BTW thank you very much for all the help guys)

That mobo is nothing special, but it would do fine. I reccomend you put in a 1 or 2 TB HDD in there, cause all you have is the 128GB ssd for storage.
