Swiftech for AIOs, they're basically just preassembled custom loops. Aside from the pumps you can buy the parts individually from them as well. They're a bit more expensive than other brands but you get copper instead of aluminum and the option to add a gpu block or an extra rad without voiding the warranty.

I've had good luck out of Thermalright and Zerotherm. Many other good options are also available, as mentioned by others.

Only used CM so far. Have not been disappoint.

I personally have only used Cooler Master Hyper 212's (EVO and Plus), but I've heard good things about NZXT and Cooler Master closed loop coolers. Corsair tends to be high quality, so they are always worth a look. Never looked into Noctua, but I always see them on air cooled builds.

Phanteks PH-TC14PE for air (f*** the NH-D14 and it's poop-brown/beige color scheme), NZXT Kraken for CLC water.

These days I'm mostly building loops myself though.
