Is this a good buy? I'm looking to play most games. Do not need highest resolution or fastest speed. Will this do?

Only if you're positive you don't want the fastest speed. Because if you do, get the one with red LEDs.

AMD Quad-core with a GT 730. It's cheap but I've seen better for the price, avoid.

I don't mind spending a bit extra but only if there is quality behind it.

You won't be playing any games on that. BTW, iBuyPower anything has no quality.

Not that I am in the market or anything, but if you don't mind how much did you spend on those parts listed in your signature (assuming thats your pc). Just to see where I am at in comparison.

Hey guy, I'm pretty much an idiot when it comes to PC. Very new to the subject. Also on a budget. Like I said I don't mind paying extra if the quality is there. Now if you can help, please do. If not keep it moving and go leave sarcastic comments elsewhere. Nobody is impressed.
