I'm looking for decent case that won't set me back to much (I'm way over budged as is...). These two seem to be getting good reviews and generally good buzz from my friends.

Anyone tried either of these? Which of the two do you think would be the better?

I have the 400R. Its really nice, sturdy, and a lot of room inside. Highly recommend it. I don't know much about the Antec case, but I would not get it from the way it looks personally.

Looks like the Antec Nine Hundred still has terrible-looking cable management. One more vote for the 400R.

owned both. 400R is the only option of the two. though even that is not great by today's standards (it helped push standard features you see on cases today). if you're paying more than $75 you are looking at two of the wrong cases to buy today. what's your budget and where are you buying from?

Both are terrible cases.

I'd recommend a Core V71, or a 750D.

As I doubt we reside in the sam country I don't think mentioning the store would make much difference. If I translate the cost into USD it becomes around 130-140 USD for these cases and that is the cheapest you can get them for anywhere. This price is very misleading though, since things generally cost more here (for comparison, a base Playstation 4 would cost you about 570 USD).

Reviews I've read for both cases indicate that they're quite good for their respective price range.

The once you mentioned would cost about 215 USD here, and as I mentioned I'm already quite a bit over my intended budget, so I'm really trying to keep it low on the case so I can afford better parts (graphics card in particular, I really want that GTX 770).

If you don't like the ones mentioned above, do you have any other suggestions in their price range?

not being in the same country is why I ask which store. advice on anything from people outside your local region is WORTHLESS times infinity when you don't provide them with any context to make a recommendation. AFAIK there could be a dozen better cases for cheaper than both available to you. how am I supposed to relate that info to you? the cases people named like the V71 and Enthoo Pro might not even be on sale where you are. people are taking shots in the dark until you help us help you.
