Help with a build~$700-$900 budget

Hello All,
I wanted to build a new pc using http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/
Budget is around $700.00-$900.00.
I prefer an Intel CPU(perhaps i5) and as for GPU doesn't matter if it's Nvidia or AMD and there won't be too much heavy gaming on there for this build.
At least 8GB of RAM.
I would like to have an SSD(240GB) for the OS and 1 TB for storage as well.
Let's see what you guys come up with.

That should get you in the ballpark of $900. It's not much of a gaming rig with that GPU, but the SSD ate up some budget.

Thanks, I like it. I'll make few changes here and there.

Can do heavy gaming with it as well.

If you want to save money you can lessen the GPU.

Thanks guys. I mixed and matched and for what it's going to be used for I decided to go with this.

The problem there is that you picked that CPU and its an unlocked processor but that board doesn't support overclocking it. So it would be kind of a waste.

Fade is correct, I shouldn't have suggested the 4690k with that build. You can get a cheaper non k i5 CPU if you aren't going to overclock. If you do want to overclock, you probably want a Z97 board instead and CPU cooler (i.e. Hyper 212).

Edit: After looking at the ASRock manual for that board, it actually can overclock (but only a 4 phase board, so not very well). Still if you are not going to overclock, get a cheaper CPU and if you do want to overclock get a CPU cooler and a different motherboard.
